With over 100 species of tulips onsite, and an innovative feature garden, Floriade welcomes spring in style. 1.5 million bulbs will be planted across the 20,000 square metres ground .
Floriade first began when Peter Sutton and his colleague, landscape designer Chris De Bruine, developed a proposal for a grand floral display to celebrate Australia’s Bicentenary.
Floriade isn’t just celebrating the start of spring and the blossoming of more than one million bulbs and annuals, we’re celebrating the best of Pop Culture! Revel in an impressive array of retro inspired flowerbeds and a festival program brimming with live music, horticultural displays and unmissable entertainment.
Open daily from 9.30am – 5.30pm, weather permitting. Last entry to the event is 30 minutes before closing.
